Six months ago I undertook run of risk management of MOR and since then I withdrew favour to put this knowledge at the use. However, before I would have gone on course I thought that I did not need any formation. As a project manager with my company during the 5 last years, there had been many examples where I had saved projects to be compromised by the negative changes of the work place, and I had finished my projects per hour. Thus why I had to make a course of risk management? To be honest I was known as that I had to follow the course by my owner because it was the beginning of the company embracing the continual study for their personnel. _ it have not be meet the great enthusiasm by me, but now I be happy I have make the formation because of the advantage that it have bring me as individual and with business.
The risk management of MOR is an approach detailed with the risks of management but it is also an extremely logical approach with the risk management. During our formation, each stage of risk management of MOR narrow was in detail looked at, and the instructors ensured themselves that we included/understood each stage before we passed.
Since the formation I tested favour to apply the risk management of MOR in my work place and I can now see that the risk management is an approach strongly organized to treat probable risks. It also reduces the level of uncertainty related to a project and, since the level of uncertainty decreased with projects, the moral one of personnel increased. I could mitigate the negative effects of the risks when they really occur, and avoids some risks completely. I could effectively achieve projects assigned with me per hour, and I better am been willing to deal with the sudden changes of the external environment or intern of work. The report/ratio of success of my projects increased and alternatively this increased the reputation of my company. The useless wasting of the resources is avoided and finally profitability increased.
The formation of risk management of MOR was not any spade-screw-in-the-park bus the learning curve was stiff. The covered coursework was wide, but the instructors were really good to take their time and to explain each stage. For example, we looked at the process of the risk management and how it is composed of six big steps, C. – with-D. to identify possible risk factors; evaluation of these factors; determination of the treatments for the risks; creation of a plan of risk management; execution of the plan; and evaluation of the plan. We then looked at situations in our own work place to help the theory which we have just learned the cement from `in our spirits. This also illustrated with us that the theory and the practice go hand in hand and are not treated as separated entities, which is often the case when training courses are taught.
Another stage of risk management of MOR determined the treatment of the risks and the instructors taught us mnemonics ARRT. With = action to avoid (where an activity which contains a risk is not carried on). Reduction of R= (where measurements are taken to reduce to the minimum the negative effects as far as possible). R = conservation (where the loss due to the risk is accepted and supported by the company when it occurs). T = transfer (the loss due to the risk is shifted with another part by certain means, for example – insurance). I found the mnemonics of ARRT a large taquor of memory for when I am of return in the work place and work by each stage of an evaluation of the risks.
I regret. not to earlier make the course of risk management of MOR! Thus do not be like me and to delay to pass to a course of risk management from MOR, do it today!
